Hi,

I'm Jodi, (AKA Madame Kathron) and I'm passionate about teaching!

I make meaningful connections with my students and take great pleasure in helping them grow and succeed academically.

My experience includes teaching grades 5 through 8 in both early and late French immersion programs.

I have been a classroom teacher for 34 years and have taught in both Ontario and Quebec.

As a native Montrealer, almost all my studies were in French and I am fully bilingual.

I have a Bachelor of Education from McGill University and a Masters of Science from Université de Montréal.

When I'm not in the classroom, I love to stay active. I take part in running races, triathlons, swimming competitions, cycling and yoga classes.

Now I'm ready for my next adventure; teaching your child!

I pride myself in taking each student from where they are, recognizing their strengths and needs, and moving them forward in the areas where they need it most.

Through the advancement of technology I can continue to share my energy and experience in a more individualized online setting.
